Jane Lauter

Founder

Jane was born and raised in Pensacola, left in her teens for school & travel returning 12 years later with her husband, Pete. They have two wildly amazing kids, Jack & Sabel, who were both born and are being raised in Pensacola. Jane can often be found wearing many hats in her daily life. She is the proud co-owner and co-founder of Pensacola Mom Collective, Marketing Manager for Pensacola Bay Oyster Company, and President of The Kugelman Family Foundation. She is passionate about family, friends, and the Pensacola community. She has embraced her role as a mom but feels compelled to help other moms in this journey of parenthood. She finds connection in this journey and is proud to be a part of bringing Pensacola Moms together to educate, empower, and encourage each other. When she’s not out and around town, volunteering with Rally Pensacola, Covenant Hospice- My Wish, Sacred Heart Foundation Board, or playing Uber driver to her kids (her favorite role) she can be found with her family on the boat, at the beach or in the countryside. Her family loves to stay active, wake up early (chosen only by the kids), travel, and enjoy all Pensacola has to offer. Pete and Jane love teaching their children through activity, being involved, and being engaged in all of Pensacola. They have a special place for the people and businesses of Pensacola and are always doing their best to support everyone.

Jen Kinsella

Founder

The Navy brought Jen and her family to Pensacola in 2018 following a 3-year tour in Belgium. Born and raised in the Midwest, Jen’s career path took her to Washington, D.C., after college, where she lived until she married her husband, Tim, in 2007. Balancing family and career against the backdrop of military life has made her appreciate the importance of friendships, connections, and finding your “mom tribe” wherever “home” may be. While living in Belgium, Jen took on her most challenging role to date, that of a stay-at-home-mom to her two sons, Timothy and Charlie. In this position, she has been forced to face her fear of cooking, has learned that you never “catch up” on laundry and that she continuously works longer hours for less pay! Fueled by coffee, Pure Barre, and dry shampoo, she feels like she’s “winging it” when it comes to motherhood most of the time, but couldn’t imagine a more rewarding journey. She continues to learn from her kids every day.
