Organic Valley productsCalcium is an essential nutrient in our diets that benefits our overall health. It boosts energy and strengthens the body, especially bone health. Milk’s calcium helps support strong bones, beautiful skin, and teeth. Those are things we all want for ourselves and our growing families.

In addition, milk is known to help with maintaining a healthy weight and healing after injuries. According to the Mayo Clinic, milk (such as Organic Valley) provides one of the best sources of calcium, protein, vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin B12, riboflavin, and phosphorus.

One immediate benefit noticeable from Organic Valley milk is that it helps individuals feel fuller longer. Their milk is a great on-the-go snack or meal for busy families.

Higher Quality, Nutrient-Dense Milk from Happier Cows and Families

Not all milk is created equal, though. Organic Valley milk is owned by organic, family farmers who work together to grow and run the business. The network of over 1,700 small family farmers across the country has a love for the cows they care for, resulting in happy cows that make delicious, nutrient-dense milk. Organic Valley farmers believe in letting their cows lead their most natural lives which means cows get to play outside, roam, graze, and explore.

Just like the love and care we put into our own families, Organic Valley does the same for their cows and the milk they produce. You taste and feel the difference when you drink their milk and eat their other products like butter, cream, eggs, cheese, and more.

Make your milk count more by choosing to use Organic Valley.
