ROASTING PUMPKIN SEEDS
As a child, I remember roasting pumpkin seeds after we carved our pumpkin. I’ve continued that tradition with my children. If you have never roasted your seeds, try these steps below for a delicious treat.
- Remove the seeds, wash & dry them
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add seasoning (For savory seeds, try olive oil and sea salt. For sweet seeds, try olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt)
- Bake the seeds for about 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes
Enjoy!
